Family Counselling
Family counselling is a specialized form of psychotherapy focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships within the family unit. It operates on the understanding that families are complex systems wherein each member's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another.
Family counselling addresses issues such as communication breakdowns, marital conflicts, parenting challenges, behavioural problems, and emotional distress. By providing a safe and supportive environment, it offers families the opportunity to explore concerns, gain insight into relational patterns, and develop effective coping strategies. In this guide, we'll explore the principles, techniques, and benefits of family counselling, highlighting its transformative potential in promoting individual well-being and strengthening familial bonds.
