Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine is a holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on treating the root cause of illness rather than just alleviating symptoms. It combines the wisdom of traditional healing practices with modern scientific knowledge to promote the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Dr. Jill Nazar, ND, uses a range of therapies—including nutrition, lifestyle counselling, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbal medicine, vitamins and supplements, homeopathy, and intramuscular vitamin injections—to create individualized treatment plans that support long-term wellness. By addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, naturopathic medicine offers a comprehensive approach to healing and prevention, empowering individuals to take control of their well-being.

Jill works with children, teens, adults, and seniors! If you’re unsure where to begin, we invite you to book a free 15-minute meet and greet with Dr. Jill.

  • B12 injections: B12 injections are an effective way to boost energy levels and support overall health. Essential for red blood cell production, they are particularly beneficial for individuals with anemia, helping to improve oxygen transport and combat fatigue. In addition to addressing anemia, B12 injections can enhance mental clarity and reduce exhaustion, making them a great option for those dealing with stress, recovery, or dietary deficiencies.

Adrenal injections: adrenal injections combine B5, B complex, and B12 to support the body in managing stress and reducing adrenal fatigue. This blend helps increase energy, improve sleep, balance hormones, elevate mood, and reduce cravings, offering a comprehensive approach to restoring vitality and well-being.

Lipotropic injections: lipotropic injections contain a blend of vitamins, nutrients, and compounds designed to support fat metabolism in the liver. Key ingredients like B vitamins, BCAAs, L-carnitine, and MIC (methionine, inositol, and choline) work together to boost energy, support liver health, control appetite, and convert carbohydrates into energy. Although results vary from person to person, these injections are often used to aid in weight management.
