TMJ Therapy

Jaw pain, tension, headaches, or difficulty chewing can disrupt your day-to-day life—but relief is possible. Our skilled therapists offer targeted TMJ Therapy to release tension, improve jaw mobility, and restore comfort. These gentle, hands-on treatments help you feel more relaxed, functional, and in control of your body.

TMJ Health: Align Your Jaw, Ease Your Body

  • While TMJ therapy primarily targets the muscles of the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders, it also includes intra-oral massage—yes, that’s right! Using gloved hands, our therapists gently work the muscles inside the mouth to release tension, improve jaw mobility, and enhance overall results. This hands-on approach helps address the root causes of discomfort, leaving you feeling more relaxed and functional.
